B.L Nijhawan B.L Nijhawan- Founder, Nijhawan Group is popularly known as the father figure of the Indian travel industry. Started his career in 1946 and is today a living legend of the trade. The group today is blessed by his blessings. He has been to many villages in early 70s and 80s and developed many entrepreneurs into travel agents. He founded the group as the GSA for British Airways in 1974. Sham Nijhawan Sham Nijhawan- Chairman, Nijhawan Group is a Chartered Accountant by education. He is the visionary and the mentor of the group. With his 35 years vast experience space Mr Nijhawan is by far a master in travel space. He is well experienced in running large business and understands the airline distribution for the last three decades. Mr. Nijhawan is an authority when it comes to finance. He has travelled extensively worldwide and within India and understands many cultures and heritage of this large nation. Sham enjoys a phenomenal reputation in the industry.

Ankush Nijhawan Ankush Nijhawan- Managing Director, Nijhawan Group is a BBA graduate from Boston and he majored in Marketing and Psychology. Today Ankush is thriving with his strategic vision and direction to the Nijhawan Group to be a leader in the travel industry. His focus is on strengthening the overall brand proposition and positioning the group with its core business value by exploring new growth avenues for developing a market leadership. He was chosen by CNBC as a Young Turk for revolutionising the travel trade through his B2B travel portal. Ankush today by far is one of the most successful youngster in the travel trade.

Arjun Nijhawan Arjun Nijhawan- Executive Director, Nijhawan Group has completed his BBA from Temple University specializing in Economics and International business. He takes care of the Thrifty Car Rental in India functioning and ensuring that he sets the gold standard in an industry which in India has been largely unorganized and uncontrolled. In just two years he has grown the business to a 170 cars starting from zero and has an ambition to have 1000 cars by 2011.

Lalita Nijhawan Lalita Nijhawan- Director, Nijhawan Group is a postgraduate. She takes care of the administration & Real estate of the group. She is the president of CKRDT Foundation , belonging to the group ,which takes care of the underprivileged section of the society. She has received honors from the Vice President of India and also from education minister. Some of her recent awards include "Ojaswani Award" for Entrepreneur in Oct 2008 and Award for "Top Best Talented ladies" from Bharat Nirman in 2005.

Gaurav BhatnagarGaurav Bhatnagar- Chief Technology Officer, Nijhawan Group serves as the Chief Technology Officer for the group. A computer science graduate from the elite Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, Gaurav is an authority on travel technology. With several years of experience in building large and complex web and travel solutions, Gaurav spearheaded the development of our flagship travel portal, Travel Boutique Online. NASSCOM acknowledged our technology competence when it selected our portal amongst the top 100 IT innovations of 2007. Gaurav also provides consulting to travel companies looking to leverage technology to grow and scale their businesses.
Gaurav is a co-founder in a web 2.0 technology company called Tekriti. Previously, Gaurav worked with Microsoft at their headquarters in Redmond.

Deepak Khanna Deepak Khanna – Vice President (Operations), Nijhawan Group has over 16 years of experience in the travel industry and is a postgraduate with Masters Degree in Economics. He has a vast knowledge of fares and travel technology. He joined Nijhawan Group in 2006 and since then efficiently handling the responsibility for preparing the organization for ongoing change. Deepak is a bridge between the Ops and the technical team and takes care of developing and managing all the activities on Travel Boutique Online. He worked with various travel technology companies and worked for Lufthansa, Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airline. He was instrumental in migrating the KLM FD process from Carlson UK to India.

Aarish Khan Aarish Khan- Head of Sales, Travel Boutique Online is the man behind this growing list of travel partners associated with the organization. He has been in the travel industry for last 8 years and has grown from the roots, which gives him an inside of the trade and people respect him for that! Further he is a keen learner and his stint at Indiatimes.com gave him an in-depth knowledge on technology & e-commerce. He plays a very important role in driving sales for Travel Boutique Online.

Swati Swati Bansal, Country Head-Holidays & Packages, Nijhawan Group started her career in travel trade in 1995. Swati joined Travel Boutique Online (TBO), the B2B travel portal of the group in 2001. Over the years, she has successfully handled her job responsibilities in different capacities. Swati is an Arts Graduate and has completed her Masters in Fashion Designing. Swati is known in the travel circuit as a friendly and warm person. Very well networked in the Indian travel trade industry, Swati is a hardworking and sincere individual. Swati has a deep understanding the global travel industry having extensively travelled to different parts of the globe.

Vijay Guleria Vijay Guleria - General Manager (Finance), Nijhawan Group has done MBA in Finance. A person of proven professional competency and managerial ability with vast experience in Finance for 8 years and presently handling the same for Travel Boutique Online and Nijhawan Travel Service Pvt Ltd with a Title of GM Finance and plays the most crucial role in the company as he is responsible for the overall account and Finance Activities.

Ranvijay Singh Ranvijay Singh- General Manager-Product and Project Development, Travel Boutique Online an IT post graduate and PMP certified project management practitioner with 14 years of rich experience in IT, Ranvijay has vast knowledge of travel and BFSI technology. Have several years of experience in building large and complex travel and financial solutions. Previously, Ranvijay has worked with Nucleus, BCD Travel, TQ3 Travel, IGT and NIIT Tech at various levels in implementation of financial and travel solutions and was instrumental in providing consultancies to financial & travel companies to leverage technology to grow and scale their business. This diverse and rich exposure puts Ranvijay in good stead to handle the IT Product development for Travel Boutique Online.

Jatin Bhai Jatin Bhai - Technical Head, TechMaster manages the overall Project Delivery and Client-Vendor relationships at TechMaster. He also plays a vital role in Business Development & Client relationship management. He has over 10 years of experience in the Software Industry working in different domains. Prior to TechMaster, Jatin worked on various projects in United States for more than 3 years in the field of Quality Assurance and Testing Services. In this field he was leading a large team of Quality Assurance Engineers and Analysts focused on identifying opportunities and solutions to drive performance and revenue with the highest level of customer satisfaction for all customers and partners.

Peter Rohan MalikPeter Rohan Malik – Business Development Head- India Peter has joined us after a successful 18-year career in the Hospitality and Tourism industry. His last assignment was as General Manager-Sales for Macau Government Tourism Office in India. He began his career with the Taj Group of Hotels in the Front Office and has worked his way up through companies like International Travle House, Le Meridien Kathmandu , Stic Travels besides having been an entrepreneur in adventure tourism for almost 5 years. This diverse and rich exposure puts Peter in good stead to handle the representations business for Nijhawan Group.

Manpreet Singh Manpreet Singh – Operation Head, White Label & API Solutions has been a part of the travel industry for more than 12 years now and is one of the key player in the expansion of the organization. Serving for the Travel Boutique Online (NIJHAWANS Group) as the Head of Operations for Agency Live (White Label Solutions), Manpreet Singh also takes care of the Online Travel Portal and its functionality working. Previously worked with The "Continental Airline"s and "Kuwait Airlines" he also holds a great deal of exposure and in depth knowledge of the Travel Industry.

A.V.Sivadas A.V.Sivadas- Regional Manager, South India, Nijhawan group has been associated with Nijhawan Group since 1988 . Prior to this he had a short service with Indian Navy in communication Division and then with Indian Airlines for 4 years . From There he moved to Abu Dhabi for 8 years, worked with Zakum Development Oil Company looking after operations in Helicopter Division . He has a vast experience in airline industry working with GSA British Airways in sales and reservations departments.

Dinesh Pai Dinesh Pai – Regional Manager Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry He has been with the group since 1995 Group. He worked as a Sales Manager GSA British Airways. Prior to this he was with Alitalia in Bangalore and having vast experience in travel industry. Under his leadership the group has been performing to its optimum. He has received several awards for his sales performance.

Swetla Jagad Swetla Jagad- Regional Manager, Gujarat, Nijhawan group has been in the travel trade since 24 years. Swetla is well known for her relationship, honesty and creditability. She is a key driver and does very well for the state of Gujarat. She has delievered excellent results for the group and is showing promise for further growth.

Jyoti Sharma Jyoti Sharma Regional Manager, Punjab He has been in the travel industry for the last 25 years, and prior to joining the Nijhawan Group he was running his own travel agency. He has been with the Nijhawan Group since 1991 as the Regional Manager for the Punjab Market. Today he is one of the driving force in Punjab and enjoys great reputation and PR in the travel trade.

Sunil Kapoor Sunil Kapoor- Regional Manager, Rajasthan, Nijhawan Group has over 25 years of experience in the travel industry.Started his carrier with Vayudoot and there after with British Airways, presently is heads all group activities in the state.

Rizwan Warsi Mohammad Rizwan Warsi- Regional Manager, Lucknow, Nijhawan Group started the career in travel trade in 1996. Rizwan Joined Nijhawan group in 1999 as a sales Manager British Airways for UP. Presently Rizwan is heading the UP as Regional Head Nijhawan Group of companies and Responsible for sales & marketing of Nijhawan products in this region.

Aman Aman Kumar – Head - Retail, Nijhawan Group presently heads sales & operations in retail business. He is an Arts graduate from Delhi University & presently enrolled into masters programme in business management from Amity University. Aman has 9 years of experience in retail and was previously working with Nike. He has a good command over people management. retail concepts & product.
